Law of Attraction: an Easy Way to Change your Negative Vibration Into a Positive One

The basis of the Law of Attraction is that you attract things and circumstances that are operating at the same vibrational level that your thoughts are.

The higher that you keep your mental vibration, the better things you can bring to yourself that are also at that higher vibrational level. For instance, when you are start out having a really great day – things just seem to fall into place and keep getting better. However, it works the opposite way as well. When you are having a “bad” day and are vibrating at a lower level, one bad thing after another seems to occur.

So obviously the trick is to do everything in your power to stay at a higher vibrational level. Sounds easy enough, but as you know, sometimes hard to put into practice in everyday life. It sounds great to have someone tell you “just think positive” but how do you do that after you have just a disagreement with a spouse, child, co-worker, bill collector or whatever the case may be?

The answer is mental distraction and this is where great technology can come in. You have probably experienced in the past that sometimes you just can’t get a bad mood out of your system on your own. While I personally love meditation, I also know it is sometimes very difficult to quiet your mind enough after a confrontation to reap the benefits of the practice.

This is where places like YouTube can offer a fun and easy fix. There are so many entertaining, funny and inspiring videos that you can obtain in as little as 5 minutes that can give you the distraction that you need, if even for just a few moments.

For instance, did you know that you can find all 4 Rocky “workout montage scenes” on YouTube? I don’t know about you, but I find I can’t help but feel inspired every time I watch those scenes in any of the movies. If you find yourself in a place where you just can’t seem to get the energy up to accomplish what lies before you on a certain day, I highly recommend you watch 2 or 3 of these clips to get the flow of inspiration. It takes as little as 3 minutes each to watch each clip, but the feeling can stay with you all day long.

How about laughter? I have two clips in my YouTube favorites category that make me laugh every single time I watch them. One is from the old Carol Burnett Show where Tim Conway goes off on a tangent about Siamese elephants just to make his costars laugh. It is called “Tim Conway Elephant Story“. If you type it in the YouTube search box, it will bring it right up. (Or you can go to my website for a direct link.) The last few seconds with Vicki Lawrence are priceless. The second is a hysterical laughing baby titled “Hahaha“. I find that watching either one of these clips changes my mood instantly. Maybe someday I will get bored of them and will have to look for more favorites, but I can promise you it won’t be anytime soon.

How about an inspirational ending of one of your favorite movies? I have the endings of Flashdance, Dirty Dancing, Footloose, Grease, a clip from FAME and many others I just enjoy tuning into for a quick feel-good boost. (I know… I know… they are all chick flicks – but heh it works for me!)

Favorite upbeat song? It is on YouTube. Favorite old commercial? Chances are it is there too.

Want inspiration? Watch the last 5 minutes of the Shawshank Redemption (titled The Shawshank Redemption – Final Scene – Movie Ending ), or the last ten minutes of it’s a Wonderful Life (under It’s A Wonderful Life Ending). I cry with happy tears every time.

I even found the opening segments of some of my favorite childhood shows that bring a touch of nostalgia. They have the opening song for H.R. Pufinstuf, Sigmund and The Sea Monsters, The Land of the Lost and all the other corny Saturday morning shows I used to watch growing up. You try and stay in a bad mood while the song H.R. Pufinstuf keeps playing through your head.

Looking for a spiritual boost? The Secret has a great Video out titled “ The Secret Riches Visualization Tools“. An awesome video to watch while having coffee first thing in the morning or when you first arrive at work. It can set the tone for the rest of your day. There a ton more inspirational videos like that as well from all different sources. Just type in Law of Attraction in the search box.

Anyway, you get the gist of it. Think of the unusual. Something that tickles your particular fancy and give yourself a ten minute boost period.

Most importantly, do not feel guilty about it or feel as if you are just wasting time. You cannot put your time to better use, than making yourself feel better first – before taking any kind of action from a negative place. You will see a drastic difference in the outcome. (I do recommend however, waiting until the boss steps away for a moment before playing them. I don’t know if they will be as understanding about your needed attitude adjustment.)

So, go and make yourself feel better in a quick, cheap and easy way!

Disney Channel?s creation Hannah Montana is a cute, funny and family friendly TV show about a girl called Miley Stewart who leads a normal life by day but at night dons a blonde wig to perform as a famous pop star Hannah. The show includes original music recorded by its star, Miley. Mitchel Musso and Emily Osment star as the friends of Miley who know her big secret and Jason Earles stars as Miley’s brother named Jackson. He may be the craziest one. Asking dad for money, impressing girls, (or at least trying) and doing everything the hard way is what he is all about. Miley’s dad Robbie, (played by Miley?s real life dad and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus) has to be the dad and the mom of the family which includes cleaning, and discipline. But along with that, Robbie also tries to spend some time with the kids and be the cool parent. Robbie is also Hannah’s manager. Hannah shows us all that we can reach for and live the dream.

Hannah Montana is a role that has turned Miley Cyrus into a real-life TV star and Hannah Montana into a monster hit. The show has become the most popular show on television among pre-teen girls ages 9 to 14 and is consistently watched by more kids ages 6 to 11 than any other TV series. There are Hannah Montana fan clubs, web sites, mobile phone clips, branded apparel.

The star of the show Miley Cyrus was plucked from the ranks of minor actors by Disney and anointed to be its newest star. While she certainly has musical talent and charisma, she’s also the product of a winning formula for creating shows that teens (meaning pre-teens) love and make stars out of its leads.

Like other Disney Channel series, Hannah Montana was cast-contingent when the network green-lighted the concept in 2005. The search for the right actress to play Miley Stewart ? Hannah Montana by night ? went on for a year. The young woman had to be appealing and cool for tweens but also parent-friendly. From the start there was no question that music would be a big part of the series. Eventually the script of Hannah Montana was shelved because they couldn’t find the right actress to play the part. It so happened that Miley Cyrus, who is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray (”Achy Breaky Heart”) Cyrus ? who plays her dad in the show ? was raised on music, a prerequisite for Hannah, and had acted in several small roles. But she was sent home after an audition because she was too small. So Miley went back to Tennessee and spent the next year inundating the producers with tapes of herself performing, until they relented and gave the her role.

When she’s not performing, Miley enjoys the company of her five siblings, Christopher, Braison Chance, Brandi, Trace and Noah Lindsey, and her dog Loco who lives with them in Los Angeles. The rest of her dogs, cats, horses, chickens and cows had to stay at their Nashville, Tennessee home when they moved to LA in 2005 to start the filming. Miley had to say goodbye to her whole-life friends, so her new lifestyle also includes long hours on the phone. Her hobbies include her job: dancing, cheerleading, singing, playing the guitar and writing music.

Miley Cyrus has made musical history in the U.S. by becoming the youngest artist to have two number one albums in under a year. Members of the Pomacentridae family include the Amphiprion Rubrocinctus and the Amphiprion Ocellaris. The Amphiprion Rubrocinctus is better known as the Clown Anemone Fish. The second fish is commonly referred to the Red-Gridled Anemone.

The Clown fish are biologically natured to dine off smaller fish. The Clowns come from the Australian, Japan, and Indo-Pacific waters. Clown fish tend to have rectangle bodies, which its colors are bright orange. The head area is often lighter orange. The fish have black edges, which are offset by white perpendicular bars. The head and eyes is where most of the white bars produce its color. Clown fish grow up to 3 inches in size. The Clown fish in fact was characterized in “Finding Nemo.” Nemo and his father are perfect examples of the Clown Anemone.

Clown fish tend to prefer water temperatures between 77 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, the fish prefer a ph balance at eight and no higher than 8.5. The water density should be set at 1.0 23. The fish should be situated in a tank of fish that all enjoy strong lighting; as well, the fish prefers sandy areas. Do not forget to add a surplus of furnishings and substrate to the tank, since this is one of the high maintenance fish. Considering “Finding Nemo” again, since you will see the fish prefer luxury.

The Clown fish has next to zero sexual preferences. The fish’s behavior is remarkably distinguished from other fish. Clown fish seem to closely associate with chemicals and mechanisms of two distinctive organisms. The fish demand a capable dwelling, i.e. you should keep fish of his kind in the same tank and avoid putting sea anemones, including the giant anemones. These fish pose risks to the Clown fish.

Red-Gridled Anemone comes from the Pomacentridae family. This particular specie derived from the Japan, Australian, and Indo-Pacific Oceans. In tanks, the Red-Gridled desires water temperatures between 75 degrees and 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Water density desired by the red-Gridled is around 1.0 20, or 1.0 23. The pH balance should rest at 8.3 and no higher than 8.6. This fish is similar to the Clown fish in that the Red-Girdled fish prefer luxury housing with plenty of furnishing, quality lighting, and so on. Stones are a plus. The Red-Gridled fish have a deep body, which its colors are similar to the Clown fish. The head is pale orange, while the body is brighter orange. The head and eyes differ slightly than that of the Clown fish, in that, the eyes are yellowish, while the head is has perpendicular white bars. To fish grows about 3 inches in size, and does not have sexual preferences.

The Pomacentridae breeds also include the Orange Fin Anemone and the Black Back Anemone. It is a matter of opinions; however, the Black Back fish is prettier than the Orange Fin. The Orange fin has light yellowish-orange flavors with vertical white bars near the upper area of the eyes and lower section of the body. Black tints highlight the white bars. The Black Back fish has a white vertical bar in the same proximity as the Orange Fin.

In addition, the Black Back has glowing orange contrasted colors, which black patches highlight the orange body; as well, the fins have a yellowish tone. The downside is the fish lose its color during maturity, at least the head bars whitest color is lost.

The Orange Fin fish swim the tropical Indo Pacific Ocean, while the Black Back fish roam the Andaman Seas.

From his first appearance in Amazing Fantasy #15, SpiderMan has grown to be one of the most loved superheroes ever created, appearing in a range of products, from comic books to movies.

The birth of SpiderMan

When we first met SpiderMan in Amazing Fantasy #15, he was just plain Peter Parker, an unpopular high school student. He was lonely and more interested in books than saving anything or anyone. However, due to the timely interference of a radioactive spider, Peter Parker gains the agility and strength of a spider. Armed with this newfound power, Peter Parker sews himself a red body suit (thank goodness for home economics), constructs a crude webbing device, and joins the professional wrestling circuit to make some money. Alas, Peter Parker is far more into making money with his new skills that helping anyone. When he lets some thieves get away, they end up killing his uncle, setting the stage for the guilt that will drive SpiderMan through the rest of his career.

SpiderMan: the comic books

SpiderMan was written to be a one-time affair. His appearance in Amazing Fantasy, however, resurrected sagging sale, in fact, SpiderMan proved to be one of Marvels most profitable superheroes. Far from being a one-time affair, Spider-Man can now be found in an endless array of comic books series, from The Amazing Spider-Man, to Spectacular SpiderMan, Sensational SpiderMan, and even Ultimate SpiderMan (not to be confused, of course, with Spide-Man Unlimited).

SpiderMan: the franchise

SpiderMan is more than just comic books. His popularity has led Marvel to create a media franchise for Spider-Man, with his story appearing in television cartoons, video games, and even movies. The recent feature films to focus on SpiderMan star Tobey Maguire as SpiderMan and Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson. The first movie, released in 2002, focuses on the start of SpiderMans career, with a genetically modified spider taking the place of the original radioactive spider. With his newfound powers, Spider-Man finds himself face to face with the Green Goblin, played by Willem Dafoe. Propelled by the success of the first movie, SpiderMan returned in 2004 in SpiderMan 2 to face off against Doctor Octopus, a multi-tentacled experiment gone wrong. SpiderMan 3 is scheduled for release in 2007. This time he is set to face his biggest enemy yet, himself in his black venom alien suit.

Building your SpiderMan comic book collection

While SpiderMan has been very successful away from comic books, to truly enjoy him, to truly be a fan, you have to go back to the comic books. This can be difficult, however; finding all of SpiderMans comics would be a Herculean task. If you need to locate older copies of Spider-Man comics, be sure to look on popular online auction sites. However, you should be prepared to pay for the pleasure of owning an early SpiderMan comic: SpiderMan is not just for kids anymore. Early editions of The Amazing SpiderMan can go for thousands of dollars! But you may be able to get by with slightly later versions of The Amazing SpiderMan, which only go for a few hundred dollars.

Hannah Montana is an Emmy Award-nominated American television series, which debuted on March 24, 2006 on Disney Channel. The series focuses on a girl who lives a double life as an average teenage school girl named Miley Stewart (played by Miley Cyrus) by day and a famous pop singer named Hannah Montana by night, concealing her real identity from the public, other than her close friends and family. On April 9, 2008, it was announced that Hannah Montana would return for a third season in 2008 and production started on August 4, 2008.

Cyrus became a sensation after Hannah Montana debuted in March 2006. Following the success of the show, in October 2006, a soundtrack CD was released in which she sang eight songs from the show. The muscle car is something that is as All-American as All-American gets. These cars hearken back to another era; an era in which Detroit dominated the world auto industry with innovation, style, gusto and raw power. U.S. cars were the envy of the world. As much a star of the blockbuster “Transformer” movie as Megan Fox, this car is smokin hot. Red hot. Even white hot. If looks could kill – our city streets would be a crime scene, because this car has deadly hot looks.

The new model is available in a 2010 Transformers Special Edition which features the word “Transformers” emblazoned on the hood, as well as strategic silver “Transformer” logos in certain key area (sort of a head logo of one of the Transformers).

The new Ford Capri will have the latest in Ford’s European styling. And this car is now a sports car(!)
